Conditions for Return
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. If you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
- In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount within 30 days.
- Returns are not accepted on custom personalized orders.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure box. We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies or items returned in envelopes.
- No returns/refunds are entertained on grounds if customer not liking the design or pattern of product, slightly paper, color variation from our online samples. In such circumstances. We entertain only exchange requests as per our exchange policy.
- Refunds will be initiated after receipt of the goods in good condition.
- Shipping costs from India to the destination point will be deducted. Any taxes, charges paid at destination country are to be borne by you.
- Shipping costs along with other charges and taxes to send the goods to us in India are to be borne by you. Refunds will be initiated within seven days after receipt of the goods in good condition deducting above amounts.
- In case if you want to return the product, then please write us to [email protected] along with complete details of why the cards should be returned. Our personnel will try to resolve your problems in the best way possible.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Puneet Gupta Luxury Team, refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order:
- Refunds would be processed so as to reach the customer (if by cheque) or a credit to the credit card account within a maximum of 45 working days from the date of receipt of returned product by Puneet Gupta Luxury.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order and the cheque to be delivered to your billing address.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
